Erasmus Plus project:
A European affirmation
In 2018, the project “Innovative management of skills and training in inclusive enterprises” was selected by the Erasmus + “Strategic partnerships supporting innovation” funding programme, a programme that supports initiatives such as vocational training at European level.
EuCIE is one of the partners involved in the project, the main and operational partners being the national federations of inclusive enterprises in Belgium, France, Germany and Spain. These federations will work on this project for almost three years. This is the first concrete outcome of a union to promote the inclusive entrepreneurial model at European level.
Several innovation actions have been formulated:
- Analysis of the state of the art of Inclusive Enterprises in the four partner countries
- Development of a reference framework of professions and skills with an innovative methodology adapted to the disability situation, applicable at European level
- Development of a business and managerial skills reference framework for
the creation of an inclusive environment - Creation of a training module on managerial skills within Inclusive Enterprises
Initially, the work will focus on facility management activities such as cleaning services, for example.
The ultimate ambition is to build a training methodology for disability inclusion in enterprises that can be adapted to all sectors and that goes beyond the borders of the four countries that initiated the project.
